Why is people pleasing so hard to change?

Because people pleasing isn’t driven by logic.

It’s driven by emotion.

When guilt, fear, or shame arise, your nervous system automatically reaches for the response that’s felt safest for years: keeping someone else happy.

That’s why this workshop isn’t about learning better boundary scripts.

It’s about learning how to work with the emotions that make boundaries feel so difficult in the first place.

How can EFT Tapping help?

A lot of healing work helps us understand why we are the way we are. And that awareness is important.

But understanding a pattern and feeling free from a pattern are two different things.

You might logically know:

“I’m worthy.”
“I’m allowed to take up space.”
“It’s okay to be myself.”

But if shame is still active in the nervous system, those truths can be difficult to fully embody.

EFT Tapping helps you process shame by sending a gentle calming signal to your brain by tapping on acupressure points throughout the body.

As shame begins to release, old experiences, beliefs, and protective patterns start to lose their grip on you.
