Terms and Conditions

• Career coaching is a process of providing strategic advice that supports you in clarifying your intentions, designing goals/action plans and taking action.  Coaching is not psychotherapy, nor should it be a substitute for counseling, legal, financial or medical services.
• While Jess Smith is confident that you will find great benefits from The Career Calling Training, your success depends on many factors including but not limited to: your personal motivation, your time commitment, how effectively you implement the strategies taught and the particular career you’re pursuing. Jess Smith cannot guarantee or represent in any way that you will attain a certain job, opportunity, salary or any other metric of success, either in the short-term or long-term.
• You agree and accept that Jess Smith may terminate you from The Career Calling Training by providing you with written notice of termination if Jess Smith determines in her discretion that you are conducting yourself in a manner that is disparaging or disruptive to The Career Calling Training, or that infringes upon Jess Smith’s intellectual property or other rights. 
• Payment for The Career Calling Training is not refundable for any reason.  All payments shall immediately become due and payable upon termination or withdrawal from participation in the training.
• By choosing to participate in the trainings, you agree and accept that Jess Smith is authorized to record, photograph, or otherwise capture your likeness, voice, images, interviews, and statements made in connection with your participation in the training for Jess Smith’s own use. You hereby assign Jess Smith all rights, title, and interest to have and to use, royalty free, any such likeness or portion of your participation in the training for advertising, marketing, documentary, informational, training, or any other lawful purpose.
