Adwoa Dadzie

Adwoa Dadzie is the founder of Yes She’s the Boss, a career blog for Millennial women.  She is also a Human Resources executive for a global Fortune 50 organization. She founded her career blog based on her experiences in HR and Corporate America with one simple mission - to increase the ratios of female leaders in organizations of all sizes.

Adwoa holds a Bachelors degree from Trinity College in Psychology and a Masters degree from New York University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
